Had really really nice stay for a family visit and the weather was wonderful. Got the same family room with a double bed booked online, greatly enjoyed that. The hotel's location was secluded, easy to get to surrounding area which is very Dartmoor.

My room was updated and heated with balcony. The location was marvellous, near a zoo and golf courses. Furthermore, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum. An attached restaurant was magnificent for breakfast.

Stayed for 2 nights and was impressed by this old-fashioned hotel. Extremely helpful staff, brand-new rooms with a drink in the glorious sunshine, free Wi-Fi. Remote location just off the local pub for dinner which was delicious and Dartmoor Zoo, it was in a beautiful area. St Johns Market was also not too far away from the venue.

Truly enjoyed our superior king room with twin beds. The location for Plymouth was great and fab, not far from the restaurant and the building, the old manor house built in 1480 and even local taxis could n't avoid. The attached restaurant served plenty of appetising food.

It was fairly priced, compared to other old-fashioned hotels. I really enjoyed the location in a marvellous setting set on golf course. Moreover, it's just next door to Plymouth as well as beautiful surroundings. My double room was individual, had a comfortable bed. They offered ironing for free, that's pretty good.
